Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges 

**ALL SALES FINAL**  If your item(s), from Little Lemons, arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date for refund/exchange consideration.

In the event a return is required: Once you have received a refund/exchange conformation email from us, you will have 10 days to ship your item(s) back to us for a refund/exchange. 

*All product photos are taken in a professional lighting environment. We are not responsible for color variations (wrong color) due to computer/smart phone/tablet screen resolutions. 

Refunds 

If a refund is to be issued, it will be issued back in the same way a payment was made. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of refund to see the funds in your account. If you do not see it in 3-5 days please contact your bank or credit card as some financial institutions have a longer hold/processing time.
